this app has never worked in my apartment. I’ve reached out to representatives multiple times and was finally told that there were network gaps that my apartment fell into. Wow, worthless!
It’s an okay app. Takes forever for Homebase and the lock to engage. Needs HomeKit integration to Auto-Unlock.
Takes a while to open doors and logs me out after I unlock a door.
I’ve had this app for a year. It’s a good concept. But sometimes you will be standing outside your door waiting to unlock for a few minutes. Very very slow to connect to the door lock.
The customer service is super quick and the person I spoke to, Raul, helped me figure out my issue promptly and easily!
Used Homebase while living in the OGGI lofts in downtown KC. Was nice to have instead of carrying around an apartment key. Very useful for letting in guests and delivery drivers remotely.

Unlocks my doors faster and easier than digging in my pocket fiddling with my keys. I wish the offices on sprint campus where i work used this app.
