My apartment building replaced a functioning thermostat and app with Homebase.
Homebase has never worked in my apartment. I’ve reached out to representatives multiple times and was finally told that there were network gaps that my apartment fell into. Wow, worthless!
Still waiting for my lock to engage….

It’s an okay app. Takes forever for the app and the lock to engage. Needs HomeKit integration to Auto-Unlock.

I’ve had homebase for a year. It’s a good concept. But sometimes you will be standing outside your door waiting to unlock for a few minutes. Very very slow to connect to the door lock.
