الى متى يضل هذا البرنامج فاشل؟ نجمة وحدة زايدة عليه.. حدثت البرنامج اليوم وكف كام ما يشتغل.. يلا خوش فرصة حتى نحذفه
اسوء برنامج توصيل استعملته، ما بيه شي براسه حظ، خدمة الزبائن مالتهم صفر.. التوصيل يتاخر .. العروض مالتهم تقفيص .. اذا اكو شي عندك بالمحفظة ينخمط لان يسوون بلوك ع المطاعم الى ان الموجود بالمحفظة ينباك يشيلون البلوك.. اذا تطلب شي و ماموجود يجيبولك الفاتورة ضايفين بيها حساب الشي الي ما جايبيه و يحاولون يجبروك تدفعه

What a horrible app, even it doesn’t deserve this single star.. Today I update Talabateyطلباتي and it start glitching and doesn’t work anymore.. It’s a good chance to delete it forever..
The worst delivery app I’ve used ever !! Nothing good about it ! Customer care is zero and most of the time the will lie to you.. Delivery is late all the time..
If you have something in the wallet and will be expired in few days, they will block your access to restaurants until they steal whatever is there..
If you request one item and it’s not available at the moment, they will charge you that item and try to force you to pay even they didn’t deliver it

Fix this bug..

Customer service is not achievable we tried to call them a hundred times but no response one time they responded and we had the wrong order and they told us that we would contact the restaurant and call you back but they didn't. They also give you an offer but struggle with you when you want to use it so it's just fake offers. I would highly recommend the community not to use it or even think of downloading it.
Most of the drivers arrive late and ask for tips.

They need a better staff, fresher goods and a better-quality service.
An order takes too much time and lots of unnecessary confirmation calls.

The program is a scam. The most expensive meals are from the restaurant and from all delivery programs. In addition, there is a service fee included with the delivery fee, which is the most expensive among (all food ordering programs). A failed experience

Each time I opened Talabateyطلباتي it kept on crashing

The whole idea of an app to order is not to call or get a call asking you the same heck question you wrote down in Talabateyطلباتي again on the phone!!!!

This is just complete waste of time and money and energy!

Talabateyطلباتي is painful to deal with. It started decently, but things only went downhill from there. First, none of the rating are accurate. Every restaurant is rated “very good” Second, if you order something, Talabateyطلباتي doesn’t update. More than once I placed an order and my order remained pending, only for the delivery guy to call and say they are outside. Third, each order takes forever. My last order took 2 hours before it arrived damaged. This order has been pending for two hours with no update or away to cancel. Their customer service are rude and they never have an answer. I could go get my food myself and it would be easier. Deleting Talabateyطلباتي and recommend you do the same.

very bad application I didn’t find Demascus in my apple iphone

1- i don’t know it’s just me but app very slow to respon

2- your in kurdistan you should have kurdish language in call center

Talabateyطلباتي doesn’t work no matter how many times I have deleted it and downloaded it...??? Why?

Not recommended to be used. Late deliveries, wrong locations, not responsive, and very bad drivers. This is from my experience with the application. Just deleted Talabateyطلباتي . I hope they improve their services more in Erbil.

This was my first experience and it will be last. I ordered Tacos while received normal sandwitch with very bad quality and no restaurant name or pack, no receipt. I guess you should know at least differences between food types. This was really Bad experience NOT recommend you. Tried to call you several times no answer. Dont use Talabateyطلباتي they are fraud

احنه كاصحاب مطاعم خسرنا زبائن بسبب سوء اداره من طلباتي في كركوك حيث يتم الغاء جميع الطلبات ولا يقومون بالاستجابة للشكاوى ولا يقومون بابلاغ الزبون بالطلبية مما اثر على سير العمل والانشغال بالاجابه لشكاوى الزبائن بسبب تاخر طلبهم

Bad management and bad service ever specially in kirkuk . They even not answering our phone calls and the bad service is because there is no competition in kirkuk we hope big apps to enter kirkuk just to make talabati learn how they work .

It’s annoying how some restaurants only deliver through talabaty and when we search for that restaurant, it shows that the restaurant is closed because it is not in the same area as your location or nearby your area.

So poor in communication with customers and not cooperative team
Bad supervisor as you need them they try to scape facings or avoid solving problems

Talabateyطلباتي not good with voiceover The voiceover a screen reader for blind people

I have ordered the food using Talabateyطلباتي many times, but they failed me only two times, still i cannot recommend using Talabateyطلباتي.

my orders are getting cancelled when confirming them without getting calls, I only missed the first call and then they all get cancelled after I reorder them, the caller I missed isn't answering either.

يعني ماكو هيج تطبيق فاشل يستخدم الموقع و يتحدد بالتطبيق بس مع هذا السواق دائما يخابرون يكولون تعال دز اللوكيشن بالواتس اب (شسالفة ترى ماكو هيج شي) والسواق دائما يتاخرون اقل شي ساعة يلا يوصل الطلب ومرات اكثر
Talabateyطلباتي is horrible, it tracks your location but the drivers still call and ask you to send them your location. The drivers also take a really long time to arrive, you’ll have to wait for over an hour to get your food ( maybe 1 hour if you’re lucky)

The swift response and diverse restaurant choices makes Talabateyطلباتي the no.1 station to go when ordering food. Long gone the collection of restaurants cards or saving their phone numbers. It does need to expand its database though, the more the merrier. Keep up the good work.
