They need a better staff, fresher goods and a better-quality service.
An order takes too much time and lots of unnecessary confirmation calls.

This app is painful to deal with. It started decently, but things only went downhill from there. First, none of the rating are accurate. Every restaurant is rated “very good” Second, if you order something, the app doesn’t update. More than once I placed an order and my order remained pending, only for the delivery guy to call and say they are outside. Third, each order takes forever. My last order took 2 hours before it arrived damaged. This order has been pending for two hours with no update or away to cancel. Their customer service are rude and they never have an answer. I could go get my food myself and it would be easier. Deleting this app and recommend you do the same.

The whole idea of an app to order is not to call or get a call asking you the same heck question you wrote down in the app again on the phone!!!!
This is just complete waste of time and money and energy!
