Updates VERY frequently
How often do we need to update this app? Seriously, test your software before releasing and maybe you won’t need to have almost daily updates. It slowed down for a while but is back to being almost daily. It is handy to be able to order food in advance for pickup at a scheduled time. If you would stop the excessively frequent updates this would be a five star app.

Not happy
I know the company is trying to save money but making this mandatory to use in order to get anything from our cafeteria is ridiculous. I tried to set up the app with my personal email address and it would not work at all. I had to reinstall the app and re register. This is a great way to get me to go somewhere else for food.

Where do I click?? What do I do?
I want to order lunch… there’s no button anywhere that says “order food”. I try clicking a few buttons that may or may not work and the app freezes. This app has the worst usability I’ve ever seen. It be the worst app I’ve ever used.
