Vous proposez votre app sur Facebook, comme si elle était gratuite, mais des qu’on commence les étapes de préparation à l’apprentissage où on donne les informations sur nos besoin, il y a une information en au de page que la gratuité est seulement de 7 jours, mais seulement après avoir déjà l’app sur notre iPhone. J’étais en train de faire les étapes de installation le jeudi 28/09/2023, et après installation, quand j’ai vu cette information, je n’ai plus continué les étapes, et j’ai supprimé l’app de mon IPhone. Étant donné que je n’ai plus l’application, je n’ai pas finalisé les étapes,pas utilisé vos services, j’espère ne pas être facturé d’un service que je n’ai pas utilisé du tout. Merci de votre réponse.

I requested to cancel the app during the test order but it didn't happen. The amount of 71.00 was deducted from my bank account. I didn't like the app, I want my money back. I had already requested the cancellation before the deadline and it did not happen. I want my money back!
