Get Pricing Info for ManoManoI am furious with this company! I knew my account would auto renew towards the end of the month but I couldn't remember what day. Then without warning, no email, no nothing, I get charged $80 on Christmas day! Are you kidding me?? I looked up in their website to see if I could get a refund, but their terms and conditions state no refunds. I then tried to find any customer service contact info and suprise suprise.. nothing. Feels like my heart got ripped out of my chest! Having that much money stolen from me feels awful. It's clear this company doesn't care about anything but taking your money without any accountability.

As an old DYI-er, I loved the app. It was fun, safe, and overall a fantastic and friendly community. I was on for about three months, but then we got warned about the new app happening. The news spread like wildfire, and concerned me and many other peers. Some thought it was a prank, but we immediately contacted the owners. They did not respond to anyone. The next morning was unresponsive, and just told us when we opened the app to check out the new DYI, combining DYI and Jam, a similar app. I figured out I had to pay to see all my friends again, after a 2 week (14 day) “free trail.” What enrages me the most is that you must show commitment to wether you are joining or not, not being able to do a free trail and then decide if you are joining the community. This is unfair to people who refuse to or doesn’t have accessibility to pay. It is clear we most likely aren’t getting the old DYI back, and as I come back to try to get back into the community, I refuse to because of the cruel treatment of paying.

All right so I am a child right so then I’m trying to click on the art thing so I can go and do the art part but then when I try to click on the first one or whatever when I want to click on it says money so I tried a different page yeah OK even the one that I put you in that I tried to go to the live things every single day I can find everything cost money so if your child getting it and your parents really never said that they were going to get it for you but you can download yourself yeah I don’t water and don’t waste your time you’re a little it’s gonna waste all your money on it and you’re not on the bag it was from an app then it really isn’t free so it’s scamming you to get you to buys stuff

I really wanted to download this app so I could get better at my realistic drawings and learn all the tips and tricks for game like Minecraft and roblox! Now, don’t get me wrong, this seems like a wonderful app, but I tried to open some videos for Minecraft and it said I had to sign up or sign in and get 2 weeks free but then I had to pay. Obviously, I’m just a kid and I don’t have my bank account set up to my phone and I wasn’t going to beg my parents to let me just for me to not gain any talent what so ever (because let’s be honest, how many times have you seen a tutorial on something and actually been good at it). I didn’t want to pay money, I just wanted to learn how to draw. This still seems like a really great app for kids and sometimes even parents! But I deleted it because I didn’t want something taking up storage that I wasn’t using. I hope other people who are willing to pay enjoy this! Thanks 😊
