And in IVR i choose English language. For 10 tomes call got dropped as no executives are available.

They added the paid amount to the next bill and said that i owe twice. They send me threatenin emails for their mistake. "You are hired. Or May be not". After explaining their mistake to dumb customer support for 10 times, I paid them twice and cut that card.
this app really messed up it isn’t the way it used to be back in the day you could use your this app card and it was pretty good but now it’s just a useless app lying around in your phone.
Don’t know why you guys give so many options to pay and none of them works. If we want to pay the money at last due date it will not work. Don’t know if this is some kind of trick.
Tried to sign up but can’t get past the first page. Asking for a phone number and they tell me my number is invalid.
Such a pathetic service threatening one’s customers no proper response , talking about service provided is overly poor, don’t opt for this app , it will drain your courage on creditors

Your new policies are very annoying before this app was very useful to everyone but after your new police I don’t like to use this app at all if possible change to old policies or you ppl will be losing the customers

If you see this Slice app being used by your restaurant, be forewarned! The app is always glitching, you choose a coupon and it vanishes when you see the checkout total! We have had to call them to complain, and they say “oh just call us if any problems, and we can apply the coupon”!! How about a better idea and FIX your dam app! This has been an issue now FOUR times in a row, where we had to call the restaurant to order and use the coupon! We told them to find another app for their customers asap. Customer service seems low IQ, they do not comprehend the problem, and act like we can simply call them every time we use their app to credit coupons offered! NO WAY!
