Can’t read anything.

I tried to signup using the English website but after inputting my information I received an email but the email was written in Traditional characters so I couldn’t go any further.
I downloaded the from the App Store but everything was written in traditional characters. I tried to input my information using my knowledge of Japanese kanji but after a few pages of questions I gave up because I couldn’t read it at all.
This app seems to be promoting interaction between locals and foreigners over a meal but it isn’t foreigner friendly so I have to say this is a waste of time to download until they have other language support.
Not able to login when roaming

There is no place telling you that if you are roaming internationally you won’t be able to login if you logout. The reason is their SMS vendor thought the IP changed and will not consider the same person. So you will not get passcode from SMS. Contacted support, after three days, a girl named 小花 contacted me about the limitation but offered no solution to log me in. She asked me to create a new account with local phone. But I have VIP service and reputation score attached to my original profile. She offered no migration plan. She basically ignored to help me solve my problem.

Registered an account with legit information and pictures. Then the account got deleted in a few days without any explanation.
