The newest software update has taken away the initial screen that has your information of your SmartDrive. The second screen no longer says it’s connected to the SmartDrive. I wish this app would give you the information the you get on the SmartDrive app for the Apple Watch such as battery life and distance. I use this app to upload the settings and I use the Apple Watch to tell me battery life and distance. Switching apps is a inconvenience. I can’t wait to afford to buy the Rio Firefly and get rid of the SmartDrive.

The PushTracker app seems to disable the tic watch features on the watch. I will continually say it’s not connected to Bluetooth but the PushTracker app says that it’s working fine. It’s very confusing. If we have to pay for $160 watch out of pocket, in some instances, I think it would be more beneficial if tic watch actually got to use all of its features. And I don’t understand why this app isn’t compatible with Apple Watch it’s kind of ridiculous really. I never had any luck with the old PushTracker and I’m having less issues with the Bluetooth on this one hooking up to the actual smart drive. But as I said you can’t use the watch full of features because apparently the PushTracker app takes over everything. I’ve tried resetting it several times and it continually does the same thing.

As long as Bluetooth has been around you’d think there wouldn’t be all these issues. Even knock-off headphones pair and stay connected easier.
I’ve had the same issue as others; says it is connected but then it can’t find it, etc. However, if you hold your mouth just right and power on and off the PushTracker watch; start and restart the iOS app; push different combinations of buttons on the watch; start and restart the entire process again: eventually it will work until next time.
How about a free upgrade to the E2.
Never did understand why the buttons on the PushTracker watch that normally comes with this thing is so incredibly hard to press without fingernails.
