NextLevelUrgentCare as of right now, December of 2020, does not even work properly. Whenever you click on the “Schedule an Appointment” option it literally takes you off NextLevelUrgentCare instead and redirects you onto their time slot system on a web browser, which doesn’t even provide any time slots to patients on their website for them to book an appointment. The supervisors who oversee the digital and web-based applications, programs, and systems for next level urgent care should consider making sure their websites and apps are up-to-date and functioning properly for all patients.

The online sign in function is not reliable at all. Came to the clinic when it showed I’m the 4th one in line. Then, it never update. And it turned out I became the last one to be seen by the doctor. Overall a really bad and unpleasant experience! Won’t come back again!

I went to go to urgent care yesterday and they told me I need an appointment (even though it's urgent). They said I could call or use NextLevelUrgentCare so I decided to try NextLevelUrgentCare . Well according to NextLevelUrgentCare there is no urgent care anywhere but TX. I'm not from TX and faAr from it.

No way to check on appointments made or wait times, despite claims that it does. Very frustrating!

It’s the next level to socialized medicine, I suspect. They don’t answer phones at the clinic serving my area; you must leave a message and they will “promptly return your call”, or so they say (but never do). Moreover, they should remove the word “Urgent” from the business name (visits are by appointment only).

So, if you’re sick, I mean REALLY sick, and want to visit the Richmond, TX facility, I suggest you try somewhere else! Although it isn’t the only provider in town, they sure do act like it.

Signed up and exited NextLevelUrgentCare then NextLevelUrgentCare won’t tell me my place!!! Why can it just keep track or just look up my name and show my spot!!

I chose next in line option. I actually could have made an appointment and it would have been quicker at my location. But that is one the site and not NextLevelUrgentCare . My only concern is, it will tell you your real time next in line after you have registered. Once you close down app and reopen that real time is gone. There should be an option to check real time.

You guys are so ahead of the game. NextLevelUrgentCare worked beautifully! I got in line and received a text when my room was ready. I walked right in! NextLevelUrgentCare even helped me save on my prescription with the pe-installed pharmacy discount card! What?! Love it! ❤

This is a wonderful clinic--very efficient, friendly, and professional. NextLevelUrgentCare is a great way to save time and trouble. I used it today, and it made the whole experience of going to the doctor on a beautiful Saturday (when I would rather have done just about anything else) much less unpleasant. I highly recommend both the clinic and NextLevelUrgentCare !

I love NextLevelUrgentCare. I used it when my wife was sick and they texted me to let me know a room was ready and we got right in. It's great that I can wait in the comfort of my home for a room to be ready. Great tool.

Even though I used NextLevelUrgentCare and got a text that a room was ready. I came in and had to wait to “register” and NextLevelUrgentCare said I was first in line even though 3 patients went in before me???
Tell me again what the point of NextLevelUrgentCare is??
