5 months agoI want to dispute this notice about payment through the elparking app for parking in Marbella. I am in Edinburgh and did not drive this car, so I want to ask for a refund into my credit card (Barclay Card). I noted in the app that I had rented this car back in Christmas 2021 (see screenshots) but I had not deleted it from the app (I thought of keeping a record there). I have done so now and no new charges should be made, but I am still requesting the refund. I am happy to provide any other information you may need (like the rental and return of the car back in 2021). The payment is still pending in my card, so there may be time to simply cancel it. 2 years agoI received a parking fine today in Ave. de la Constitucion, Motril, España at 13.22 hours. I had no change so I went to obtain some and returned to the machine at 14.30 to pay the fine . I pressed the Yellow button x2 and entered € 8.20 and then the green button but received no cancellation ticket, although the machine took the money.I inserted the Denunciation ticket into the Mailbox at the top of the machine. I have no confirmation of my payment. Can you please advise. Brian Laney
