Pretty much a completely useless product tried to use it for a test on Christmas and instantly broke. replace the cartridge.

Does not access all your pictures on your phone. SISmartphonePrinter has no support and sharper image customer service has no idea how to address the issue. Strongly suggest avoiding the purchase of this product. Great idea but doesn’t work!

SISmartphonePrinter will not find my apple phone. Very disappointed. My wife has android, no problem.

I received this as a Christmas present.. We used to once that day to do a test picture. Test picture came out fine. Haven’t used it since. I opened it today to print some pictures of my kids- i got 3 pictures printed before it started to act up. You can see the lines thru the ink on the photo. Not to mention it takes forever to realize that its hooked up or that selected a picture..

I have thousands of pictures on my phone. SISmartphonePrinter finds one. Makes the printer absolutely worthless. Extremely disappointed.

Cannot pull up all of the photos in a file. If the pictures are on your phone my experience shows only 50% seem to appear on SISmartphonePrinter. Very disappointed

It’s frustrating. I hate that it took me 30 min to put together and when I’m finally able to print it, it prints in plain yellow then it tells me that my cartridge needs to be replaced. If you want people to have a “sharper image” then actually put the work into it that way people like me don’t spend money on this crap. Fix it.

This isn’t worth the money I paid. It doesn’t work half the time, can’t locate half the pictures I want and will sometimes throw a banner up that I need to load a cassette! When I push cancel cassette it says printing is done. What is going on? What a waste and disappointment.

Very few of the photos in my library are accessed by app; not able to connect to Google Photos or Facebook; very slow printing (one pass per color (yellow, magenta, etc); cumbersome. Not recommended.

Can’t find any photos on my phone and doesn’t support google photos, Bluetooth does not connect despite repeated tries. No customer support. On the other hand, the test photo is beautiful. Just not anyone I know. Very disappointed.

This product could have been great. The one thing that’s really holding it back is that I can’t crop photos to fit inside the little red frame, the cropping tool does not work like the one in the Photos app on my phone, you have much less control so you cannot fit pictures into the frame, you cannot print nearly as much stuff as you would like. The good thing about it is that it DOES actually print, so if you can finagle the image into the frame you’re good. That’s the only reason I’m not giving it one star, it actually does what it says, just poorly. Although photos with small print came out perfectly legible so that’s good too.

If you want to print from your phone, this isn’t half bad. I was able to put this together in about 15 minutes and make a print right away. The print was passable. I think this is an ok item and fun to have at a party for example.

I was somewhat scared reading these reviews, but this thing is awesome and fast. It does print each color one at a time but it looks super cool as it adds colors. Plus it found pictures I didn’t know I had pictures from.

Bought this for my 11 yr old for Christmas along with a scrapbook. After charging it and downloading SISmartphonePrinter & connecting it to Bluetooth we printed a picture within minutes. Good quality for such a small printer & lots of fun for my daughter.

SISmartphonePrinter and printer are awesome. This printer is just like my old Kodak one I had that I also loved but unfortunately went with a specific camera...a very long time ago... I haven’t had any issue finding my pictures which are sorted by date, whether downloaded or taken. I’m happy.

I don’t understand what all these reviews are about? I see all my photos perfectly fine and print them in beautiful quality. Try it yourself
