If you are wanting to lose your patience and at the same time starve to death, then this is the delivery service for you. First off, there is no way to contact this company or service if you want a refund. The food will take a minimum of 1 hour to get to you if you are lucky. Next, forget about showing up to the place to grab your food after they have not delivered because the restaurants will not let you have your food even if you show proof because they have not been credited, the delivery service takes the money prior to paying the restaurants. Also, you will not get your money back unless you go thru your bank or credit card company to dispute a charge, even if your food never shows up you are still charged by this delivery service. If the driver happens to show up your food is cold and no longer good. I thought maybe the 1st time it might be because of technical issues, however, happening again and to the point where we come home and there’s food sitting outside for who knows how long, unacceptable. No wonder why they call themselves Hungry Panda because by the time it gets to you you’re so angry that your food is spoiled and your money is gone.

I'm sure 90% of the five star reviews are FAKE. This app cooperates with many authentic Chinese restaurants so I give it a star for the wide range of restaurant choices. But that's the end of all good things. Here're some of my experiences: My food never arrived within the time windows I selected. For 3 out of 5 times, my food arrived after over 90 minutes even though I selected "ASAP. " There's no live support in the app. Customer service repondes too slowly and incompetently. I don't feel like they care about their customers, they don't even use the word "thank you" or "sorry", not even respond to my "thank you"s. Their order distribution system is the worst I've ever seen. For at least four times my orders were assigned to drivers who were 15 miles away from the restaurants. Also some drivers/restaurant have been modifying the order status and driver locations in order to trick customers, and the company allows it to happen. Here's something I want to say to the company: You're lucky because your industry is benefiting a great deal from a disaster for all humans, the least thing you can do is to show some respect and care, and you're not doing it.

When I first time download the app, I used it to place an order, and there are vouchers show up with discount, so I bought five vouchers at that time. Then I found that I just could use a vouchers for one order, at the same time, the vouchers will be expired within a month. Well, it seems to push me to place five vouchers within a month for using these vouchers.
Also, some restaurants on this app are not allow you to pick up yourself. Thus, even though you get coupons with big discounts, you still need to pay the delivery fee, at least 10% tips, which may equal or more than discount you get.
To sum up, there are 2 advices for people who want to use the app:
1. If you like to pick up order yourself, you have to take careful to see the options provided on every stores on the app to know if you can pickup yourself.
2. When you find there are vouchers with discount for sell, you have to look for the details about the vouchers to see what is the rule for using vouchers. The vouchers are not allowed to return, and the vouchers are quick to expired. Be careful to fall into the trap!
