Really clunky app. Too many steps to set up. Timed out several times in the setup process and never let me move all the way to the end where I could actually order. Just ended up waiting in the huge-long line in Highland instead. Fix the app...
Just use the drive through

When it takes about 8 minutes to go through the drive through, and 16 minutes to get a drink with the app, it’s obviously a better idea to just forget about downloading the app...
Love fizz, hate the app

My biggest hate is I’m often the only person here waiting, but the app will still make me wait 20 min before I can press the bring my drink button. Even though it’s clearly ready long before that.
