2 years agoYour website sucks. My message was that I want the Sunday, Bremerton Sun, stopped. This was suppose to be done in January 2021. So I paid my $1.00 to be able to get a response thru your system. I finally gave up after they tried to pair me with a VET??? I still do not have my issue resolved. I am getting the online newspaper and want to keep it. Pat

Update Visa info
Last week they told me I had to put new Visa number in to pay for subscription. Did it last week. Today they said I needed to add new Visa number in...a repeat of last week. Said I needed to change pw to enter Visa info. Did that. Says welcome, but can’t get past part that says need to change pw. Can’t get to part where I can enter New Visa card number.

Impossible to unsubscribe.
It took a while to get use to the layout but after a few times I like it. A lot of newspapers are going to this type of layout and glad to see the Sun is keeping up with the times.

Great paper, but the app
The kitsap sun is a great paper, but the sports sections of the paper never update. Headlines from 5 years ago! I’ve been reporting this for a few years, no change. And, still no change.
