NO DELIVERY TODAY
I phoned customer service regarding renewing my subscription. I wished to speak to a real person, not an on-line automated response, as I had a few concerns. There is no option to connect with a real, human person. Trying to deal with an automated response is extremely frustrating. Eventually, because of my frustration I just accepted the automated one-time renewal. I have no confirmation from a human, or by e-mail that this really happened. Please confirm to me that my payment has been accepted and I will continue to receive my print copy. I have been a long-time customer of The Toronto Sun and due to this frustrating experience I will give much thought about renewing again. Hopefully, somewhere out there in the big electronic void some entity will answer this inquiry.
I get the Toronto Sun Newspaper delivered daily ~ I Cancelled it As I was going on vacation From the 12th Jan to 22nd Jan. But I Have Not received it to-day .
Why can't I not sign into my account I changed my password and it does not work . I tried several different ones and it tells me my change was sucses full.
I want to cancel my subscription to the Toronto Sun.
I feel that the Toronto Sun is trying to force me in to reading the e version of the paper rather than the print version by not delivering my beloved print version on a daily basis. I have been with the Sun since day one. Also, they did not deliver the TV guide on Sunday, Feb. 5, 2023. As a housebound person I really value the TV guide. My carrier has had a heart attack. Is there no system set up on which I can rely? As long as the print version is sold in stores, I should be able to receive it at home. Nothing makes me happier than receiving and reading the PRINT version of the Toronto Sun.

Love reading the Sun but the app freezes up on my iPhone.
