I have to constantly log in and even then it says renew subscription!
Last week they told me I had to put new Visa number in to pay for subscription. Did it last week. Today they said I needed to add new Visa number in...a repeat of last week. Said I needed to change pw to enter Visa info. Did that. Says welcome, but can’t get past part that says need to change pw. Can’t get to part where I can enter New Visa card number.
It took a while to get use to the layout but after a few times I like it. A lot of newspapers are going to this type of layout and glad to see the Sun is keeping up with the times.
App keeps kicking me off despite my subscription. Restore purchase only ends with consistent hourly buffering.
Not impressed.
The kitsap sun is a great paper, but the sports sections of the paper never update. Headlines from 5 years ago! I’ve been reporting this for a few years, no change. And, still no change.
Set up vacation hold but papers kept piling up. Tried to fix via website but was consistently running into problems. Even the option to ‘chat’ online didn’t work.
I Love the Kitsap Sun. Gannet is killing it. I pay to subscribe yet it’s almost impossible to maintain access to the online app. My subscriber access to KitsapSun is regularly interrupted and its difficult to restore access. Not sure why I pay them anymore.
$1 for 6 months then $10 per month and it’s impossible to unsubscribe without talking to someone on the phone (enjoy the wait).
I have been unable to resolve several issues dealing with my digital subscription ever since The Sun was taken over by Gannett. I try to access the “my account” link and always get an error message. I can’t get information on my subscription nor how or when I need to review. Very unprofessional.
Once the login info is entered, it just keeps spinning, never completing the login.
I love the Kitsap Sun, the only news source for the Peninsula. My only issue with KitsapSun is it seems it doesn't update, the news is old, I have to search for new news. Outside of that, I appreciate we have a news source, the Times and the Tribune ignore Kitsap.
Hard to use, a real hassle
My local area is important to me and the Sun keeps me informed.
I love reading the local stories.....even tho I live in Sequim the Kitsap Sun is a great addition to my local news reading. I especially like the stories about the naval port.
Having just moved away after 39 years, I appreciate being kept up. Great look, easy to find the things I want to find.
