2 years agoTo anyone trying to cancel their subscription by calling the automated customer service number: Say "Discontinue Delivery" rather than "Cancelling" my subscription like the voice prompt leads you to. I called several times and said cancel subscription, however the phrase was not recognized even though that is suggested on the list of reasons for your call. Discontinue Delivery was recognized and a customer service person connected to my call. Hope this is helpful.

No privacy options
No ability to modify cookies or privacy information. Not to mention the click bait ad trash that’s everywhere and mixed in with the actual news headlines and articles. Why is there a subscription if it’s going to be littered with those kind of ads?

Having to pay $5 or $6 per month just to see a full story on there is a joke. We should be able to read the articles without having to pay. Theres children missing and can't even read their description to try and help just due to that.

Won’t let me read anything to which I have a paid subscription. Says I “already have max subscriptions.” Bull. I have one, I’m the only one trying to access it. I have yet to be able to read anything in ten days of subscribing.
