I am being billed for 3 subscriptions when there should only be 1. I would like a refund for overpayments for the past year.
I attempted to subscribe to the Sun Sentinel on or about July 22nd. I received the first email version on 7/23. I was informed that I would get my first Sunday edition on 7/30. It was never delivered. I called that Sunday and was told that I would get the Sunday edition on Wednesday, which is the next day that I was to receive a paper. I did not receive Sunday edition or Wednesday paper. I called on 8/2 and was told that I would get the paper with the Sunday edition. I never received either paper; the previous Wednesday or Sunday paper. In effect, I never received any actual paper at my residence since signing up 3 weeks ago. I also asked to have the Circulation Manager call me. I never received that call either. Your call center staff barely speak English and are difficult to understand. I was very much looking forward to receiving the paper, but not any more. I see from other commentaries that there are many who have had delivery issues in the past and which are still occuring. I would NOT recommend anyone to sign up for this paper. It's obvious that the paper has significant issues in the delivery process and customer service areas.
No newspaper for almost 2 months! Finally happened upon this site. I see that I am not alone. I am not going to call you every day for credit. I am just going to cancel. You cannot credit me if I have no subscription left. I have been buying it retail and just might have to get reimbursed through small claims court. Customer service is useless as all the supervisors and the advocacy group.

IO sent an E-mail to Customer Service on 2/11/2023 and the auito reply stated I would receive a reply within 72 hrs but it has now been 5 days !
as of this morning I canceled my subscription and told my credit card company for a full refund due to your extremely poor delivery or not at all delivery, I'm tired of making telephone calls everyday requesting delivery of a newspaper.

IOS app will not load. Get as far as issue selection (Broward/Palm Beach) and that’s it.
This now week 5 and still no daily paper. Cannot speak to anyone who knows what the problem is.
Have not received my daily paper last 8 days. Called customer service every day and speak to someone overseas somewhere in the Pacific. They have no idea what is going on and all they can do is report the problem.and assure me someone on the delivery end will contact me. After 8 days, I am still waitig for a call and my paper

Yesterday I never received my newspaper; I called and was told I would get it by 11 AM; never received it; I called and then was told it woud be here by 5 pm. Never received it. I called and was told I would get in today (Saturday) Today I received both papers soaking wet; cannot read them. I have called. This is how you lose customers.
for months been complaining about not recieving paper on a daily basis . also most of the time not early . Your customer service is not a customer service ... BECAUSE A SERVICE PROVIDES SOMRTHING ...GET THE SAME RESULT FROM TALKING TO THE WALLL OR A FENCE POST. THEY AT LEAST DONT RESPOND WITH FALSE PROMISES NO PAPER AGAIN YESTERDAY
I do not receive my paper late or not at all. I complain on a daily basis and to no avail. Nothing is being done. Your customer service is a joke. Yesterday, 3/31 I received the Wall Street journal, which is a new one. I don't subscribe to this publication. You say you are crediting my account. By this you mean you extend my subscription. I want you to deduct the cost of my subscription. Maybe if you are affected monetarily you would do a better job.
For over a month my paper delivered on m-w-sun has not been here by the time I leave so I have no paper in the morning & have to call each day so i get a credit. Please fix your delivery system 8120 muirhead circle boynton beach fl. 33472 I have not had a major problem like this in years

Not only is the user interface to read the e-newspaper awful, there are ads at the top which make the newspaper even smaller! And I’m paying for a subscription anyway! If I expand the page in order to read it better I can’t flip to the next page without pinching it down again. And then there are more ads! If I receive an alert and tap to read the article, I have to login every time! If I just open the app instead, I am already logged in. I could go on and on. I stopped subscribing to the sun-sentinel for several years, and will probably stop again once my new subscription deal is over. This experience needs a lot of work.

I turned on notifications so I could get the latest news updates. Every time I click on the notification it’s loads this webpage looking screen where I am asked to log in every single time. I am already logged into the app with a subscription but the article doesn’t open when I click the notification. I cannot believe how bad this mobile interface is. I understand it’s not the NYT but still. Hopefully they can learn from other digital news providers and out out a platform where when you get a notification of a story it opens up the article in the app.

Our front page editor “stole” an expose’ story of guardianship administration run amok from the the ORLANDO SENTINEL, perhaps a “sister paper of the SF Sun Sentinel but who would know that because of SF’s editorial incompetence.
I have practiced law, including guardianship law, for more than 45 years in Broward County, Fla. if our SF editor had bothered even to read
the article, she would have known the story was an expose of guardianship administration run amok in THE ORANGE COUNTY AREA. The editor should be fired. How the SF SS ever won a Pulitzer Prize for riding the coattails of the Broward Public Defender’s Office to obtain otherwise confidential material is a mystery to me.
