• App won't open after update

• Lost all of the birth charts of my friends/family

• Unable to contact the app developer

• Payment taken but nothing reloaded

Doesn't let me register any chart after putting the date of birth, tried deleting the app but after reinstalling it and trying to register my own chart it wouldn't work (i can't press next)

How to fix Horos app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Horos app on iPhone
Update Horos app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Horos iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Horos on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Horos network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Horos Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Horos not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Horos App
1. On android, goto Settings » Horos » click [Force Stop]

Update Horos to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Horos App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Horos » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Horos.

Fix Horos unable to contact server/ Horos internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Horos » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Horos » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
