Doesn't let me register any chart after putting the date of birth, tried deleting the app but after reinstalling it and trying to register my own chart it wouldn't work (i can't press next)

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Horos app issues:

Force Stop the Horos App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Horos app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Horos to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Horos App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Horos app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Horos.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Horos » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Horos » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
