Hello, I was ready to work on my graduation gift cards and for some reason the app will not let me save the photo from the start. It worked initially but now will not work. I have turned off my phone and restarted, I deleted the app and then logged back in. Not sure what else to do. thanks, Anna

How to fix Felt app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Felt app on iPhone
Update Felt app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Felt iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Felt on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Felt network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Felt Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Felt not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Felt App
1. On android, goto Settings » Felt » click [Force Stop]

Update Felt to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Felt App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Felt » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Felt.

Fix Felt unable to contact server/ Felt internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Felt » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Felt » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Felt
