I’ve supported Horos for YEARS now and had purchased the full app on my old phone and now it will not restore my purchases and won’t let me try to access my account. Every time I try to reset my password it says error. I try to use the crappy version I am now stuck with since it didn’t restore my purchases, and I watch the adds so i can even add a friend to my list and it never lets me do it.

I was liking Horos. Had it for about 2 weeks. I decided to pay the extra $7USD to unlock the house explanations to learn more. Horos took my payment no problem, but nothing reloaded. I refreshed Horos , restarted my phone, even waited a full night just in case my connection was slow. Nothing.

Don’t try to hit “contact us” in Horos either, it doesn’t do anything. Their website doesn’t have any good FAQs (literally only two FAQs and they pertain to astrology and NOT Horos ) or anywhere for me to contact them to get this resolved. Now I have to deal with my bank to get the $7 back.

Incredibly disappointed.

I’ve deleted and re-downloaded Horos so many times and it still does not work. It doesn’t let me type in my name or choose my gender and why is there only two gender options at that? Idk what’s wrong with Horos but it doesn’t let me type anything it let alone pass the sign up page.

Horos was fine on my old phone but now when I enter the same natal info as usual, everything but my sun is off by one sign. Scorpio moon is now Libra, cancer asc is now Leo, etc. My planets, houses, and aspects are all wrong, yet for some reason the chart page shows the correct chart. Y’all just don’t know how to read charts I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ever since this update Horos doesn’t work. Can you reverse the update it was way better before. First off for 2 weeks my app wouldn’t open and then I deleted and re downloaded it and nothing. Same thing. Now I download it again it finally works and then all of the info is completely incorrect. Idk what’s wrong with Horos my whole chart is incorrect… plz fix I love Horos :(

I've used Horos for a long time and a few weeks ago I noticed it wouldn't let me add anyone else's birth charts. I could add the name and day but nothing further, so I decided to delete Horos and try again. Today it finally let me add other peoples birthdays so I decided to check mine again and it says im a sagittarius rising and all of my houses are different know. This is absolutely horrible and I hope they fix it soon.

I always use Horos because it’s great to keep track of everyone’s charts, including your own. But today I noticed there was an issue adding new charts when it asked for the date of birth. The page came up blank and you had to tap around the screen in order for the option to appear. It also started to give inaccurate rising signs, even when re-adding peoples charts I’ve previously added, with all the same info. I hope they fix the issue soon! I’ll definitely update my review once the bugs get worked out, because I really do love Horos and how easy it is to use.

Horos has a lot of useful information in it and i would have loved it but i accidentally messed up the hour of my birth time and it won’t let me change it so now my information is wrong so i will not be using lol pls fix this

My ascendant is Leo and I double checked with other sites. It’s always been that but you have it under Scorpio I believe? In any even it’s wrong. And I had to pay that $2.99 karma report just to see the error. I’d like a refund. Please get your site corrected.

I just downloaded Horos so I could get some more insight on myself and my horoscope. I have 2 other apps (Co-Star & Nebula) and when I looked at my chart on this particular app there was a mistake.. it said my rising was Virgo which is incorrect I know my rising is Sagittarius. I am a triple Sag which is what makes me.. me, so I don’t think I’ll be using Horos . I dont know if the horoscopes and information that’s brought to me can be 100% accurate if Horos doesn’t know who I really am. Also after I saw this mistake I read some reviews that said their rising was incorrect as well

I usually love Horos and can ALWAYS rely on it whenever I need to get a birth chart done, but today I realized since Horos has been updated. when I go to the houses of a birth chart when I click on a house I cannot scroll down to see the whole reading of the paragraph. I can only see what is on my screen when I first click it. I have purchased the houses a while ago so I know it’s not that. I hope this gets fixed soon because I love Horos. 🤍

I used Horos religiously until I noticed one of my friends birth charts was incorrect. Their rising sign was wrong on the planet side, but when I looked at the actual chart…. It was correct. I then looked at all my of friends I speculated had incorrect charts and lo and behold there were several rising signs that were incorrect. I’m not going to delete Horos because I literally have about 40 people on my “friends” charts, I’m just reading their circle chart instead. It’s annoying and I hope it can be fixed. Aside from this issue I would give it five stars

I LOVE Horos! however, since the most recent update, I’m not able to change the profile pictures of anyone added after the update. Minor issue but still would like to be able to change them.

I paid for the premium version, now all I get are adds?? There’s no support so I can’t reach out to anyone. Super frustrating. Also, had my friend download it and her moon was wrong (she tried on multiple sites and got the same one) so now I’m questioning the validity of the whole app.

I love Horos, it’s simple, easy, and usually accurate, but lately it’s been giving false signs and just needing an overall look at. Please fix this I love Horos.

I’ve had the premium version of Horos for a little over a year and really enjoyed it, but now with the update my app won’t open and I’ve lost all of the birth charts of my friends/family. And trying to contact Horos developer isn’t possible. Fix the bugs and don’t let it happen again!

it’s amazing and so easy to access everyone’s chart, i paid for the house placements/no adds and it’s worth it! only had to pay once!

idk what changed in the past month but the ads are out of control and will not close; i have to restart Horos everytime i want to try to use it. the horoscopes don’t make any sense anymore and are written like someone just threw some big words together to make it seem like they know what they’re talking about. what happened? Horos used to be really great and easy to use

It’s a great app I love the layout.
Can’t add friends normally and I don’t like that.
Also I paid $6.99 for the houses but you want me to pay another $2.99 for no ads? Mcscuse me? What kind of an app does that? $7 for something I can easily google is already a rip off, don’t like it. But I’m stuck with it because Horos makes it very fast to buy something.

Used to be a decent app. I can no longer check anything without a fullscreen ad blocking my entire screen, with the exit button out of reach.

I loveeeee the info on Horos, its insanely helpful with a sleek design and ease of access. There are very cheap charges for some content, but for me it was more than worth the money. This would be a 5 star review if not for the apparent lack of ability to edit charts in order to account for human error. I accidentally input my partners information incorrectly, and to my disappointment I couldn't locate a method to either edit previously made charts to input the fixed information, or to delete charts that may been made incorrectly. Now I have to look at and remember which chart is correct or wrong as I have 2 charts for the same person saved in Horos ...one correct, and one flawed. If not for this, i would consider Horos to be flawless and highly recommend it to others, but unfortunately I am unable to chart friends and family with ease due to this obstruction.

I have the new update for Horos but I’ll have the same horoscope for days! Sometimes it changes but I noticed often times than not, it won’t. It’ll stay without an update for like three days at a time, suddenly start giving me daily horoscopes and then it stops. Why does it change so infrequently?

Now at first glance after seeing the layout of app I was highly appreciative of the access to several things related to me other than just the placements but I do wish that the aspects were explained as well just like everything else has an explanation for it.

I love Horos. I have used for a year or two. It is very helpful and I would highly recommend. However, all the avatars are white. And people should be able to see avatars that look similar to them. White being the default is an issue. Please fix it.

as an avid astrology lover, i have been searching for a simplified platform where i could study the luck and occurrences that may impact me today and this has definitely been a winner. i love how i could add my friends and family to see our compatibility and understand why they are the way they are and why we do or don’t work well together.

however, lately i have been noticing a lot of lag in Horos. for example, when i try to see the people i have added’s compatibility, friendship, and karma destiny reports i am met with the never ending spinning wheel from hell. i have even attempted to purchase the full version of Horos in hopes that the lag would decrease a little bit, and so i could receive the ad-free experience but it still doesn’t guide me to an alternative link or option! so basically i am left staring at the same screen i was before i decided i wanted to invest in such a nice zodiac app.

aside from this, i find the information quite informative and appreciate how simplified the graphics are. thank you!! i would just really appreciate seeing improvements on Horos ’s speed and response time.

Horos is so fun and easy to use!! All my friends and I exchange info just to see compatibility and learn about eachother. I wish you would give more in depth descriptions for the houses because that aspect tends to be confusing, but its super understandable even for people who know very little about astrology. My other problem is that I think the ascendant sign is incorrectly calculated? Every website I’ve ever used has told me my ascendant is Leo, but somehow this one says Virgo. Do you automatically take DST into account or should I manually adjust it? Also less ads would be nice - but its overall a super fun and interesting app!

I really like Horos and love that you can add your friends information in for free, and having this really stands out against other apps. Though I was wondering if you guys could offer a bulk one time pay for romantic compatibility, etc? I can pay $7 to view not only my houses but my friends as well, so I think it would be cool to have something similar for the reports, where I can buy a package and unlock that report for all of my friends listed.

I love Horos! One small request is that can you calculate ones Signature sign and display it? It shouldn’t be that hard bc it already shows you modality and dominant element. You could just combine those and have a signature sign. And if modality or element is a tie it could favor the element or modality most present in the main 3 or something like that. It would be super cool and helpful!
