Notifications an unr solved issue for YEARS?!

Wow. I just saw a review from four years ago talk about how old notifications lingered. I've been a student and have had this app for almost four years and notifications problems still plague the app.
When one action happens, like an assignment getting graded, or someone replying to a discussion post, I get MULTIPLE notifications?! I'll see 4 notifications, login, and see one actual alert. Extremely annoying.
I am uninstalling/reinstalling today, and if that doesn't fix anything I'm prepared to finish my degree without the app. Only reason I had it was to check grades.
IPhone pro max (videos don't work on it)

when I got a new iPhone the Videos dont playing on my iPhone pro max. However it worked on my older iPhone. It Keeps telling me to allow third party cookies. And I contacted apple and they said there has to be something wrong with the app itself because we went through all the trouble shooting thru them to try and fix a issue and still not working. 😔 Does anyone know the fix? I tried deleting app and reinstaling as well still no fix!
Great idea, poorly implemented

I gave the app a 1 star rating for the following reasons:
1) it doesn't appear to be available for iPads which the only type of mobile device I do actual work on (I have a keyboard case so I can use it as a laptop when needed)
2) almost every action such as reading discussions forces me into the Blackboard app. This would be such an issue if...
3) the Blackboard app never works when opened via the Strayer app. I always get a server error.
4) the app appears to have Touch ID support (YAY) but it almost never functions and most of the time I have to manually log in
This review could be a 5 star if these issues are addressed in order to make the app worth using.
