If you are a rep looking to track you’re activity and measure daily goals while manage your pipeline with granular detail, than this app is the tool. No other CRM has integrated omnichannel on mobile like this app. It’s an open platform so you can automate via Zapier, webhooks, or API. Further if you need reporting, automated follow-up and the best G-Suite/Gmail integration, than this app is for you.

Let’s face it, regardless of the times we are in now with COVID 19, you have to be mobile to be a top performing rep. You have to plan your day and you need feature rich capabilities at your finger tips. That’s this app. I have tested over 30 CRM apps and been in Enterprise sales for 20 years and this is hands down the best CRM platform out there.

You have to try it for a few months in action to see the difference. Regardless if you have to use Salesforce for forecasting, this is the tool for daily use. You will be happy with this app. Happy hunting.

I would love to see a dark mode for desktop and mobile! That and a “list” view for deals instead of the pipeline on mobile. I’ve got a long pipeline and it would help to see them in a list just like desktop. Other than that I love this app. I’ve been looking for a CRM that fits all of my needs and this app is the one! I evaluated others like Keap, Dubsado, and Hubspot for my business, but none of the compared like this app. I love the customization this app allows. I have a very unique business model and it was easy to apply to this app. It’s great to see all my deals in one place now. As my business is growing I’ll have this app to keep me more organized. this app CRM is a no nonsense way to manage your contacts and sales pipelines. You can customize nearly everything in almost every field. In sales timing is everything and I really enjoy tracking my emails so I can follow up with a phone call. I have used Salemate for 1 week and I have already set 5 appointments that could lead to 5 large deals. Salesmates customer service is stellar and the technical support is top notch. I have looked at a lot of CRMs. I would definitely recommend this app for any business interested in growing business and closing more sales deals. The other CRM’s are just plain inferior compared to this app.

this app is a great little product! For $15/month you cannot beat its customization and user experience! On top of that, the customer service is OUTSTANDING! These guys are extremely responsive and helpful. They don’t just send me help articles, they actually walk me through the process step by step. I have even gone on a screen share with my customers service representative and had him walk me through the build of a custom program end to end! Couldn’t be happier with the product and team at this app! 10/10 would recommend for your company!

I looked at a dozen or so CRMs and this app had everything I wanted and A bunch of things I didn’t even know I needed! There have been some glitches and issues but every single time the customer support is on it immediately, 24/7. That is invaluable! One suggestion for improved functionality would be a broad search function, for instance searching for a keyword (not a tag) when you can’t recall the contact or context.

I stepped into a sales role in a service company that has been around for 111 years. It’s a great company, but systems were antiquated, still largely paper based. I had much to focus on in my new role other than my sales software. I needed a system that I could set up, customize to my work flow, and use quickly. I found this in this app.

The this app team was extremely responsive and on several occasions when I thought I had run up against limits of the program, they came back to me with workflow suggestions to help me do what I wanted. Colleagues who chose other software pay much more and don’t have as good of phone and email integration.

I have tried many other similar software packages. this app has given me the best results with the fewest headaches, and is reasonably priced to boot.

I’m really impressed with this app, I’m creating a sales team and have been searching for an app that allowed me to manage the team, but needed to map the database customers and be capable of elaborating custom reports, and you got it!!!
It’s very affordable and complete, I don’t understand how other providers ask so much money, when you have EVERYTHING with this app, congrats!!!

this app is awesome. The product is very powerful but not overwhelming. It’s easy to use the basic features and explore more of it like workflow automations, webhooks etc as you go. The calling and texting with call recording built in is like no other crm and the support team is great. Keep it up!

Really enjoy using your platform and the experience it allows me to have with my customers!! There’s just a few things that need improvement that would allow me to be more efficient at answering texts and doing my tasks better. Hopefully I get to see these updates be implemented soon :)

I combined multiple apps when I started using this app. I now have my business phone, project management, CRM, marketing automation, website chat, and more all in one platform. It’s imperative to have a single source of information and this app is that in my business

I’ve been in Sales over 30 years and this is by far the best CRM I have ever used. It’s easy to navigate through and the calling features make it easy to take notes during the call and set up follow up actions. Watch out Salesforce, you’ve got some heavyweight competition!

Mobile app is not designed for contacting customers on a large base scale. Example you call a company write down a note and unless you select manual entry you can’t follow up, then once you update the information and go back to call another customer it will direct you to the first company on the list having to scroll all the way back down to call the following company.

After years, we still can’t switch accounts to work on two separate companies from your app. Pipedrive has had this feature for a while now.

Also, notifications are buggy and do not go away when you first check the notifications tab. We find ourselves constantly having to go back in a second time, and closing and reopening Salesmate before they disappear. Not good.

Lastly, we don’t seem to have templates available in Salesmate . How come? This is one of your biggest features, and failing to incorporate this into the mobile app is a crucial mistake.

Salesmate needs to improve as we find it to be incomplete, and lacking in essential features.

this app is a sleeper sales tool for sales personnel that want improved selling effectiveness. There are a ton of “sales apps” but feature to feature, the investment in this app is a no-brainer. We have used it internally and recommended it to clients who are looking for a solid, stable, feature-rich system.

I’m using this app now for two of my businesses. One is a home service business and the other is for my real estate investing business. It’s amazing how they’ve perfected the CRM. Service is also top notch.

I’ve had this app for about 2 months now and I can’t comment enough on how helpful and supportive their staff is.

I’ve had some glitches using the system but the support team is always been so responsive and helpful and always resolves the issue. It’s a very good CRM platform.

Love the simplicity of Salesmate , and has almost everything I need.

2 improvements I’d love to see:
1 - the possibility of working offline on the IOS app
2 - being able to make recurrent an activity on Salesmate (although this is possible on the desktop platform)

I have tried many CRM for my real estate business, but none of them providing features like this app. Really impressed by features like email tracking, email scheduling and the work automation.

It’s a very nice personal app. Very convenient to use and keep business documents.
