My phone will not ring when customers try to call me through the salemate app. My laptop will ring, but if I'm driving or if I don't have the laptop with me, I keep missing calls. I have a Samsung Note 10 plus. What can I do to receive customer calls on my phone?

Mobile app is not designed for contacting customers on a large base scale. Example you call a company write down a note and unless you select manual entry you can’t follow up, then once you update the information and go back to call another customer it will direct you to the first company on the list having to scroll all the way back down to call the following company.

After years, we still can’t switch accounts to work on two separate companies from your app. Pipedrive has had this feature for a while now.
Also, notifications are buggy and do not go away when you first check the notifications tab. We find ourselves constantly having to go back in a second time, and closing and reopening the app before they disappear. Not good.
Lastly, we don’t seem to have templates available in the app. How come? This is one of your biggest features, and failing to incorporate this into the mobile app is a crucial mistake.
The app needs to improve as we find it to be incomplete, and lacking in essential features.

Really enjoy using your platform and the experience it allows me to have with my customers!! There’s just a few things that need improvement that would allow me to be more efficient at answering texts and doing my tasks better. Hopefully I get to see these updates be implemented soon :)
