I wanted to download scenebot in de playstore again, since my phone I had it on broke. But I can't download it because on the playstore it's like it never existed. What do I do? I really want ik back on my phone as an app. Because the google version is horrible.

It doesn’t let me sign in. I just got the app, and when I signed in, it said that the username and email was already taken. I was sent an email, but it still didn’t work. I decided to delete and reinstall the app, but it still doesn’t work. PLEASE HELP

How to fix Scenebot app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Scenebot app on iPhone
Update Scenebot app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Scenebot iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Scenebot on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Scenebot network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Scenebot Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Scenebot not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Scenebot App
1. On android, goto Settings » Scenebot » click [Force Stop]

Update Scenebot to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Scenebot App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Scenebot » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Scenebot.

Fix Scenebot unable to contact server/ Scenebot internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Scenebot » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Scenebot » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Scenebot
