I am a long term Tucson Electric Power customer. I just completed an online survey for TEP, and it asked several questions about the TEP mobile app which I have had on my phone for a couple of years, but haven’t used. So I thought I should go check it out. Well it is up to date, and so is my iOS version. But TucsonElectricPower won’t even load! So I checked settings, deleted TucsonElectricPower , reinstalled it from TucsonElectricPower store, disabled my VPN (shouldn’t have to), rebooted phone, the TEP app still hangs.
So stop beating your chest about TucsonElectricPower, TEP. You would get zero stars from me, if it were an option. There is no place on the TEP customer service website to get help on TucsonElectricPower either, so I guess it is “unsupported”.
