i had the most difficult time adjusting to this App… I am used to glancing at my balance… and knowing where I stand quickly. I really liked the employee I worked with when I first opened this account.. also.. the employees on phone explained how i needed the other app for card control. Im thankful you all watched my account but because its holiday time and I have many family members etc I was shopping often at first. I would glance at the app and think i was fine but because it wasn’t reflecting my transactions it was very confusing… I’ve been with Suntrust 30 years and never had this problem. (Just the other typical ridiculous charges over .07 cents. etc..) I was told you all we're working on a solution. thats good to know! Thanks
It’s pretty bad

Outdated and illogical interface. On any menu, there’s a big blue “cancel” button ON TOP of the “save/continue” button, so the tendency is to click the cancel button, deleting all progress in one click. Both buttons look exactly the same, and the text is small. The cancel button should be red, and underneath the save button.
- the keypad is inconsistent; half the time you’re using the numeric keypad, the other half, you have to type the numbers from the horizontal number row on the regular keyboard. Just sloppy design. Software doesn’t work well either, I’ve changed my phone number numerous times but it still sends verification codes to my old number. The overall layout and interface is 1/10 garbage
Hard to Navigate

I feel fortunate that Campus USA actually offers an online banking app because some banks don’t. I’m also glad they updated their design but it does have some flaws.
It is hard to find your pending transactions since this app only displays posted, which is why I have the Campus USA Card Control app to monitor those. It would also be nice to see a quick glance at your balance rather than having to sign in to your app and wait for it to load.
If Campus were to combine the Campus CardControl and Campus USA app it would make the experience a lot better.
The app developers should make the interface smoother when it comes to animations.
