How to fix tiwall app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the tiwall app on iPhone
Update tiwall app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall tiwall iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix tiwall on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve tiwall network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

tiwall Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix tiwall not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the tiwall App
1. On android, goto Settings » tiwall » click [Force Stop]

Update tiwall to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear tiwall App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » tiwall » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart tiwall.

Fix tiwall unable to contact server/ tiwall internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click tiwall » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto tiwall » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
