Once I’ve downloaded and registered to get the discount shown on the price tag, it did not result on the same discount at the cashier point. The attendant was unable to explain why and could only call a superior. I had to take my plane, so it was not possible for me to wait until they figure out what happened. Total waste of time and frustrating experience.

Not much else to add - it’s buggy, inconsistent and very hard to use.

Very complicated to use. Does not work properly. Not able to order.

I can never access ClubAvolta . I have tried to open 3 different accounts and it doesn’t work

App crash to desktop after last update.

I just wanted to smoke a cigarette before my flight out of SDQ. I had to download ClubAvolta , which took forever, Really? Get a life!

Every time that I used I got the discount but I did not get the points. I logged out and logged in and I had less points.

Even after scanning at airports around the world only some points get credited . Very disappointing.

ClubAvolta freezes. Doesn’t register points for money spent. Need to keep receipts and manually submit. Browse features don’t work.

I’m a frequent flier and i use ClubAvolta at least once a week but my points got stuck at 1043 and not updating no matter how many times i use it!

Was at register. Pulled out phone to access Red App. Asks me to Sign In. Queue forms behind me. I don’t instantly recall my ID and password. In rush, I lose benefit of Red membership. Turned a good opportunity into bad feeling. Add fingerprint functionality, please.

Login doesn’t work. As for the points to be credited I have to do it manually and takes over a month.

Glitchy login makes it almost impossible to enter your details. I would never use ClubAvolta except for the discount. Sort it out Dufry and your app development partner you can do better

The system may be good, a loyalty card for duty free; however, ClubAvolta is very badly executed. I cannot search (there is a search function but when you try to type it doesn’t accept anything) and who wants to scroll through a hodgepodge of alcohol and perfume.

Also very annoying is the constant refreshing of things so that as you scroll down on the phone the order gets bumped around.

All in all I’ve had ClubAvolta 15 mins and I think I’ll delete it. Better to just browse at the airport.

Hope they fix it because it seems like a good idea.

I was inBuenos Aires and want to access ClubAvolta and it did not work I could not use my credit points nor add to it!

I joined in the airport and was able to access and I couldn’t use.

I tried to use ClubAvolta but it will not give me a way to add my receipts for my points. There no way to contact Dufry to get help.

We were told about ClubAvolta from a cashier at the duty free store in Lima Peru, we got good discounts for 3 Peruvian Pisco varieties and souvenirs...the thing was we didn’t have wifi or internet connection so she and her friend opened the “Red by Dufry” acc from their own cells and she told us to change the basic password when we get home.
Really nice lady, me and my hubby will take a trip soon so...we’ll use the Red app of course..😉

I forgot my password and I tried to reset it. However the forget password procedure does not work. The field where you would have to enter your email does not accept with any browser to type anything, so you cannot complete the process. Please assist me to change my password.
