Horrible service!!!

When I purchased tickets for my family of five I was told bus stops every 20 minutes. Waited 45 minutes at the stop in front of our hotel (Riu Times Square, NY) and when finally a representative stopped by he told us that the stop was closed that we needed to go to another stop. Walked 12 minutes and waited another 45 minutes to get on the bus. That said we lost a restaurant reservation and got charged $70 for no show.

When trying to find more stops the representatives on the street mentioned in three occasion stops were closed and last stop was at 5pm.

We only used the bus one time.

Scanners did not work so they kicked us off bus. Asked for refund and they denied it. They got a working bus and invited people on. We tried to get on and they denied us entry with no refund. Supervisor told us to F off.

They are rascals, they offered us a package to go around the city and to go to the Statue of Liberty and when we arrive the boat is Free and it turns out that it is closed because of Covid 19, they stole $ 150 from us

Payed $45 dollars and then got on the bus to find out I had to pay the driver $20. They scam and you shouldn’t trust them

Me and my grandparents went to nyc and spent a hour looking for them and thw tickets were so expensive we got cruise and tour the tour was horrible and when it was time for the boat 🛥 they didnt tell us where it was so we spent over 2 hours walking around and looking we finally found it and it was full the next arrival was in 1 hour 54 mins it was horrible

Do not take this tour unless you on to wait night your for an hour. Not happy customer

They are lying to the people, we buy 3 day pass but at day 2 pass was expired. At night I was waiting at the bus stop under the rain the bus driver didn’t stop to pick us up, we ordered uber and go home.

we waited 1 hour but you will probably wait 20 mins or more at every stop, honestly take a taxi or walk cause the buses don’t go right away like you’d think.

App works great but multiple times we needed to get back on the bus and it was full. Bus is filthy. Had to wait 40 min to get home and almost missed our flight. Don’t use this company!

3-day pass was amazing & well worth it! The buses got us all around town & we were able to hop on/off at so many different places! Very friendly staff on all tours/stops!

This is a great overview of the city with several different manageable options…very nice boat trip to see the Statue of Liberty included. Very reasonable price for what you get.
