Disappointing
Managing your reservations only works if you book directly through the website or app. If you book your travel through a 3rd party, such as AMEX Travel, your reservation doesn’t show up in RedRoof or website. To make changes or notify the site about a late check-in, you must call the site directly. Beyond that, I cannot assess how well RedRoof works. There certainly doesn’t seem to be a way to use RedRoof to check-in/out, open doors, etc.

Repeated Error Messages
Frustrated with repeated error messages and suggestions I try again. I had carefully added all requested info for reservations, plus all my credit card data. The Red Roof app failed. Called national help line and after long wait got helpful agent who soothed me, made my reservations and now I’m happy. No thanks to this frustrating malfunctioning app.

App doesn’t allow for using points ?
I just downloaded this and tried to book a stay, I had issues but when contacting Ted Roof, they state that RedRoof is no longer supported and I should use the website. If RedRoof isn’t supported then what’s the point of having RedRoof ????

What the?
The only thing RedRoof will currently allow me to do is click on the phone number in the upper right corner. I can no longer login, the links at the bottom are gone. So…. RedRoof is crap and after my last stay at Red Roof Plus at 7480 N High St in Columbus Oh, I am strongly considering a boycott on RRI and switching back to Choice Hotels.

It’s literally just a loading screen with a bunch of umbrella companies. I managed to book an appointment when I first downloaded RedRoof and now nothing

I’ve never been able to successfully book a night through RedRoof . And I’m a Reddy Rewards member. It’s very frustrating.

The clerk very rude and entitle charge me $56 when I told her I found bugs in the room after 2 minutes in the room she said she was being nice she can charge whatever she want's and said it is the state law. I'm going to report this to the health department.

Abusive The place bugs , the clerk very rude and entitle charge me $56 when I told her about the bugs and I was not staying she just said there is no bugs and refuse to go to check or send somebody to check instead she snapped at me saying ( And I could charge you whatever I want I'm being nice and I'm charging you $56 is a state law.
