How to fix Club Avolta app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Club Avolta app on iPhone
Update Club Avolta app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Club Avolta iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Club Avolta on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Club Avolta network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Club Avolta Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Club Avolta not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Club Avolta App
1. On android, goto Settings » Club Avolta » click [Force Stop]

Update Club Avolta to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Club Avolta App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Club Avolta » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Club Avolta.

Fix Club Avolta unable to contact server/ Club Avolta internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Club Avolta » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Club Avolta » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
