Still only half as good as the Qando app it replaced

The whole project seems to be a typical City of Vienna type deal where things are replaced that don’t need replacement, at great cost to tax payers.
Examples: new City logo, new bus/tram stop signs, replacing Qando with this…
…each time things get worse, and the switch is expensive. Tax payers fund it all, and some politically connected people benefit from the new contracts. Awful!
System connection issues

There are always system connection issues, which means every time i try to access my annual pass, it is not possible. It is very inconvenient and not reliable for this use.

Live displays are not synchronized with the app, missed a bus and had to wait 30 minutes for the next one since I trusted the proposed routes and times in the app!
