App okay cardmember services awful

This is the worst FSA account I’ve ever dealt with. Will be recommending change for next benefits year.

Need all available tabs

I’m sitting online with customers service and they are telling me i need to download a form from resources but that is not available on MyFlexAccount . You need to have all the documents available for MyFlexAccount users that desktop users have. It’s a Mobile world now join the 21st century !

Extremely poor service

Does not process receipts timely, ignores receipts submitted, frequent mistakes, very slow to respond. I do not recommend this service.

Flex app

Last year MyFlexAccount worked much better. I’m not able to load multiple receipts at same time and MyFlexAccount is very frustrating to use. Very disappointing app now.

Terrible card, why even use it

I use the card and was told it would be easy but I still have to chase down receipts? If the vendor is franchised and is under a different billing name it’s a pain. If that’s the case what is the card for to begin with?

What happened to Submit a Claim?

This was a very good, easy to use app, but all of a sudden it changed. There is no longer a “Submit a Claim” tab, now it’s Add an Expense”, but I cannot find a way to add the expense. The button leading to it doesn’t work, and it’s very frustrating when something that works gets changed to something that doesn’t, for no other reason than making a change for changes sake. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. We’ll, they broke it, and hopefully it’ll go back to the way it was, simple and convenient.

Why so many changes

It is very frustrating with this company that they keep changing the website and MyFlexAccount . Every time something starts to work normally and easy another update and guess what. Does not work anymore. If you like headaches. Flex is a great one to have.

Missing information

App is handy but it could use a lot of improvements. It’s like they make it convenient to file a claim and see receipts but it’s extra hard to know/find the information to fill the forms out. User ID, is that my employee ID? Or maybe my sign in ID? Guess😆They processed a charge that I didn’t submit and I can’t find out who submitted it. 😡

Not happy

Every time we try and use this card it is block so my understanding it’s are money why do you block it . It’s very frustrating when you go pay for doctor visit or pay for glasses and the card is denied knowing Adam well we have all that money just sitting in here . I would not recommend this program to anybody.

Weak app

Logging in not currently working. Interface is not user friendly. All transactions are marked/noted exactly the same making it hard to follow. Why have a green thumbs up for everything? Developers have some work to do.

Didn’t support my primary use case

I’m bummed because I spoke with someone in support who reassured me that my use case was supported before I even tried this out.

I use Adobe Scan to scan PDFs of my receipts instead of snapping photos with my camera. This is extremely beneficial when I have multiple pages; I’d like to submit all pages as a single file, which saves me time.

Unfortunately the mobile app only works with the device’s camera roll. I would like MyFlexAccount to support standard iOS app sharing so that I can use PDFs in addition to images. I’d like to share from Adobe Scan to MyFlexAccount and be prompted to either create a new claim or attach the PDF as a receipt to an existing claim.

This is my main use case for mobile.

Product eligibility scanning not working

It is difficulty to get product eligibility using MyFlexAccount for products outside the FSA store.

Fix the OTP input

App seems to work. OTP inputs are much more difficult than almost every other modern app…no auto-fill from text messages & keyboard switches back to letters after each numerical entry.

Receipts are clunky

Wish I could scan the receipt into MyFlexAccount at the time of purchase. Now I have to wait (and remember where my receipt is) until Flex realizes that they need it.

A few improvements would be nice

MyFlexAccount seems to work relatively efficiently, but there are a few things I would like to see to make it more user friendly. When I see claims that have been submitted, they are hard to identify, as the only information provided is the date & amount. It would be helpful to include the provider name, too. Also, I have been able to add receipts (photos) easily when requested, but it would be nice to have a simple way to add a receipt before that request is made, when I have it in hand but haven’t yet filed it. I can’t find an « add receipt » button on a claim that is listed as «pending review. »

MyFlexAccount makes it so easy to keep on top of my medical spending!! Everything I need to do can be done through MyFlexAccount !!!
