How to fix Raftr app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Raftr app on iPhone
Update Raftr app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Raftr iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Raftr on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Raftr network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Raftr not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Raftr app issues:

Force Stop the Raftr App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Raftr app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Raftr to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Raftr App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Raftr app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Raftr.

Fix Raftr unable to contact server/ Raftr internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Raftr » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Raftr » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Raftr on android.
