Great Customer Service
I had a problem connecting the label maker to my iPhone. I tried everything, including searching the internet for trouble shooting solutions. I called Brother (the company that made the label maker and developed the app) and setup an appointment for them to call me and help. I was called within the time frame and within 5 minutes I was connected and printing labels. It was as simple as clicking on the label maker name in the Bluetooth setting as it was searching. Other than me feeling a little foolish, the entire customer service was A+.

I am loving my new label maker. After searching for something simple to help my organizing look neat and tidy I came upon the device with this app and it has been amazing! They have made improvements since I got the app so it is running very smooth and is easy to edit. Pretty user friendly once you play around with things. Overall I am very happy and the labels look great and print fast! Plenty of options for fonts but not too overwhelming either.

I personally think this is much convenient than non wireless BUT the only little advice I like to suggest is the FONT part is a bit confusing because it allows 24” or up but when you actually select a font it goes down to 12 and etc! Hopefully it can’t get fixed but other than that I absolutely love this item ☺️
