For an online pharmacy, the service is extremely poor and unreliable. If you need anything you’re better off walking to your local pharmacy, not worth the savings and the long delivery time.
You would expect much higher level of service from a Dutch parent company operated by Germans. The people you get on the phone, despite being very friendly, are not competent and very inefficient. I will not purchase through them anymore.

Alle Produkte sind in der App um einige Euro teurer, als wenn man sie über Google sucht und diese dann von Shop Apotheke im Suchergebnis günstiger angeboten werden.
