Get Pricing Info for SelfridgesI have raised this issue on numerous occasions regarding making payment via Paypal since 2022 to-date. Annoyingly there appears to be a problem your end that needs addressing, even though your IT team allegedly claim it has been fixed!!! For the last few weeks I have tried to purchase a pair of New Balance 327 trainers to NO avail and finding this whole thing extremely fatiguing/infuriating to say the least. I have contacted Paypal and my bank who have made it clear it is Selfridges payment system that is the problem. Every time one thinks the payment has been accepted, it brings you right back to the processing page for you to make payment again and NOT confirming it has gone through. Shortly after I'll receive an email from Paypal stating: You won't be charged until Selfridges Retail Limited processes your order. To see the full transaction details, log in to your PayPal account. Please remember, it may take a few moments for this transaction to appear. Thanks for using PayPal. Your money will be transferred when the seller processes your payment. This happens every time, which clearly indicates the transaction has not gone through. It has even been suggested by Selfridges there is an issue with my payment method or my address, neither of which are a problem and I find this accusation extremely offensive in every way. I would be grateful if this can be escalated with immediate effect and preferably a member from the Senior Management Team respond to this ASAP!!! Thank you in advance!

Every time I try to place an order on the app through PayPal, my payment is confirmed via PayPal but I am never sent an order confirmation. This is not an issue on the Selfridges website. I only buy using PayPal so it is annoying that I can only add items to my cart on the app and then go to the website to actually place the order. Please fix this issue

This app has a problem of making a return! When I try to go back to look into the items I wanna return it’s always says it can’t load the details of the items! And once u requested for the return they attached the return label for just once...if u don’t print it at the moment then u won’t able to go back and find it again!! That make it so hard to make a return!

The app is okay, besides I was always having tousle to review my order history. However, their customer service is just terrible. I bought something before as a present for my boyfriend’s birthday, Selfridges sent out the wrong item and wouldn’t resend the correct one until they receive my return. When I actually returned it, the thing I originally bought was out of stock...
