I can't get through the registration process after installing the app on my android phone. I put in my last name and it keeps signalling in red that this is a required field. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the same outcome. What to do?
Smartify app will not scan on my Samsung phone. I have allowed all the permissions (camera, notifications, etc) from my Settings, but still does not scan.
The scan feature doesn't work on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro. I have allowed all permissions, I have uninstalled / re-installed the app. The issue is still there ...
Smartify app on my Samsung Fold 4 phone does not work for the scan feature. I have allowed permissions in my setttings for the app to access camera and notifications. I deleted the cache....all efforts taken still do not allow the scan feature to work.
