I can't get through the registration process after installing the app on my android phone. I put in my last name and it keeps signalling in red that this is a required field. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the same outcome. What to do?
Smartify app will not scan on my Samsung phone. I have allowed all the permissions (camera, notifications, etc) from my Settings, but still does not scan.
