If using a laptop or ipad with keyboard (thus landscape view) the picture comes up in a vertical picture using only one third of the screen. Further, despite selecting “My Store” in account information….every time I look for a product or try to schedule a lesson it asks where I am. Seems a bit ludicrous. “Update” from a week ago allows iphone app to work….but does not recognize ipad
I have an account that I created through the website but that login info doesn’t work on GolfGalaxy . No idea why, but I don’t care enough to have two separate logins. This should be fixed before GolfGalaxy has value.

App doesn’t work. Won’t let you register or login. Just gives you an error message
You can book a lesson, and that's about it. Even if you want to shop, it's just a redirect to the website. Not sure there's any value in downloading GolfGalaxy,
Hmm, I just want to shop. I don’t want or need fittings and lessons. You can’t even browse merchandise without logging in. Apps and the internet are supposed to be easy, this one is ridiculously dumb.
Two years of reviews on GolfGalaxy, all below two stars. I just tried it again now in July 2020, still could not sign on. I tried it on a phone and on an iPad. I’m out.
Was using GolfGalaxy until recently. Had to sign in again. Stated there was a problem. Signed in on the website, no problem. Deleted app. Horrible.
Log in appears to be completely broken, just like the other reviews are saying.
I keep getting a error message when I try to sign in. I even tried to change my password and still getting error message.
I have been using GolfGalaxy for 3 years to make lessons appointments.
Just installed. Have been using the mobile app for a while. Tried to log in using app. States that me username/password are incorrect. Tried on mobile site, everything working fine. Reset my password, and tried on mobile site. Works fine, go to GolfGalaxy , Continues to states password is incorrect. I give up.
Every time I try to sign it it says my password is incorrect. When I try to reset my password GolfGalaxy without fail every single time responds with a window stating the server is not reachable. Such a waste of time. I’ve tried to delete GolfGalaxy and download it again multiple times.
Just downloaded GolfGalaxy 2 minutes ago and I already deleted it. I read the reviews saying you couldn’t log in with your rewards ID, but those are two years old! I thought they would have it fixed having two years to work on it. NOPE. App is broken and it don’t see it ever being able to work. Thank you, peace.
To be honest I could never log on so as far as I am concerned this is a horrible app. There is a option to request a forgotten password but it only sends you to a page to reset your password and you need your old password to do that. I guess the do not understand forgot. If they can not manage that I am sure the rest is utterly useless. One last thing you can call after 30 minutes I gave up and decided to get fitted and buy my clubs at my local golf course.
Product pages don’t load. It says “page doesn’t exist”. Deleting app.
App doesn’t allow user to log in to account when presented with correct log on credentials. Useless if you can’t use your golf galaxy account.
So far I’ve spent around $500 with golf galaxy on various items all under my account and still no rewards points. They entice people with a rewards program and then never deliver. Support your local golf shops and not 2023 corporate junk.
GolfGalaxy and many screens within it are not calling to the screen with text going off the edge, buttons squished to the corner, buttons cut off the edge of the screen, etc. This is the case on basically every iPhone except the largest size. Verified by myself and friends with iPhone 13, 14, 14 Pro Max, 15, and 15 Pro.
Why do keep paying your devs?
I’ve had GolfGalaxy for about 3 months now and they’ve yet to fix the glitched out search bar. Unable to search items
I went to the new Golf Galaxy in Framingham, MA. Nick was very friendly and super insightful with his knowledge of golf. A true Pro’s Pro. I found my go-to golf spot for sure!
I was able to book a lesson and get fitted quickly. Highly recommended.
