Needs a lot of work

The entire point of this app is to keep your actual phone number private and use your Digits number when you want. I (like most other users) primarily use this when creating new accounts which send you confirmation texts. I only get about 10% of these texts.
Also, when I use it as a phone everyone has complained about a bad/choppy connection.
Very poor app

Very poor app, it’s very slow and it lags. My pictures always get canceled and I need to resend, and when I resend them it still doesn’t go through. I use this app on many different devices. It is slightly faster on my 12.9 inch iPad Pro five, but the pictures still won’t go through.
Chronically, unusably buggy

This app is Bug City, and has been for years. Random silent sign-outs, text messages not sending, texts showing up in the wrong thread from the wrong sender, incoming calls not ringing—you name the feature, and it doesn’t consistently work, breaking in ways that make the feature useless for anything of importance.
T-Mobile will, of course, have their bot once again comment to call customer service to fix the issue on my account. There is no issue on my account. The app just needs to be fixed. Having the same debilitating bugs for at least four years with a terrible App Store review score is an embarrassment and an insult to T-Mobile customers. If you need a second line on the same phone, don’t pay for DIGITS.
