Mostly works but syncing is a BIG problem. Crashes too on some sessions.
I am paying for one to one coaching and we are encouraged to use the CRM to track our numbers. However, theReferral Maker is buggy. It does not integrate with O365 email accounts/calendars or ShowingTIme. So appointments have to be entered twice: once on ShowingTime & work calendar, then second on RM.
Contacts disappear or reappear between the iOS app and the desktop. When a sale closes and a client has moved/address has changed, I save the new address in RM. When it comes time to print my monthly mailers, the old address is back in there and I either catch it on time or find I have undeliverable mail a few weeks later. So I re-enter it again, sometimes over the course of several months.
Notes and transactions sync sometimes between sessions. So if not, it has to be deleted and/or re-entered. Saved transactions under the transaction tab will sometimes show as both buyer and seller instead of one or the other throwing off my GCI. Again, has to be deleted and re-entered a few times to show correctly.
I have opened a help desk ticket a few times but their response has been everything looks fine, we're not sure why you're having issues. 🤷♂️
It should also let you remove certain activities. As a guide ReferralMaker tells you which customer to reach out to and how to do it. However, It will sometimes have me call, pop-by, and write a note to the same client on the same day and then re-populate that person with the same activities the very next week. How many times can I pop by and write a note to the same person in a week?
Syncing should be a given. If I was just paying for the monthly service and mailers not the coaching, syncing issues still need to be resolved.
