No landscape mode and logs out automatically

Worst processing app. Literally coded in 1910

LOST SO MANY DEALS BECAUSE OF THIS, seriously must be grandpas behind it literally should be ashamed of themselves nothing ever works always errors with porting be better come on man.

User interface Experience

Sara plus is a good app and it gets the job done. It just really needs some major updates. SARAPlus is always lagging and is slow. It doesn’t let me change the address at the end of an order! I wish it could rotate with the IPad. When I go to the report sections it’s so laggy. SARAPlus could be great! DSI, you need to hire a UX designer to fix SARAPlus!

Compatibility

Make it compatible to androids. SARAPlus is so outdated and has bugs 24/7.

Issues

Unable to sign up 9 new lines/ four separate customers due to a prompt that says “ID authentication has been completed. AT&T has indicated that this order cannot have wireless. All products and selections have been removed.” This has only occurred since the new update. Need answers.

Constantly Updating!!

Though I think apps need updated when there are bugs but SARAPlus was working just fine and now have a new update after only a month and now SARAPlus won’t even open says unable to download Sara plus.... Think it’s time for another better update!

P.S. ever hear of if it ain’t broke don’t fix it!

Good but not so good

Good app but really really really really really needs LANDSCAPE mode. I’m begging the developers of SARAPlus to please give us LANDSCAPE mode for SARA+. It would make our life much much better, faster and easier. PLEASE GIVE US LANDSCAPE.

Worst App ever

I do not recommend SARAPlus for anything, the amount of time that I’ve lost sales and business due to the system crashing or there being issues regarding the system. I’ve had the worst experience with it. Do not use!!!!!!!!!

Can you fix night mode issue

The text doesn’t show up when the iPad is in dark mode anymore

This app needs some quality of life changes.

SARAPlus is okay… it gets the job done but that’s about it.

iPads have come a long way. The ability to use a keyboard and mouse with them, has made them more into a laptop making productivity better and faster.

The Sarah plus app lacks the ability to go Into landscape mode… SARAPlus supports keyboard and mouse, but you can’t rotate the screen. It appears people have been complaining about this for at least 3 years now… so what gives?

On top of that, the apps loading screens are dreadfully slow.. SARAPlus also lacks the ability to go back and add an extra line if the customer decides to half way through the process. You have to completely restart!

Some of these should be no brainer changes, especially when the apps users have been complaining about the an issue for 3 years now.

If you install the software

You are probably part of a pyramid scheme if you’re not sure google devilcorp

What would make SARA Plus Perfect

Sara plus is a very useful tool, but there is one major flaw. The essential tools can not be accessed on mobile phones. While it is 100% compatible with iPads; this major flaw can actually cause Sara’s clients to miss out on the plethora of sale opportunities when an ipad is out of reach. With an increase of mobile phone usage it is only logical to make this application fully functional on mobile phones, and if they fail to keep up with this day and age, they will be left behind. So please add mobile phone compatibility it’s a small investment truly worthy of your time and money.

Great App for DTV & AT&T Orders

Excellent App to work from SARAPlus . We need you to Enable the Screen Rotation Option to be able to work with Cases with Keyboards and thus make it more practical for handling. Thank you

SARAPlus is simplistic and straight forward. Can we add in a screen rotate option? It would be nice to be able to flip to a landscape orientation.

Great app to use as an authorized dealer of at&t and directv services. Would love landscape orientation option. Otherwise, great app all around. Doesn’t seem to crash like it used to

Needs to be rotate compatible

It would be a 5 star review otherwise but if SARAPlus would rotate when you rotate your iPad it would make SARAPlus much more comfortable and easy to use

Can’t rotate screen

I use a keyboard with my iPad. The screen doesn’t rotate. Can we get it fixed.
