Force Stop the 1C-Connect App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click 1C-Connect app. » click "Force Stop".

Update 1C-Connect to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 1C-Connect App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "1C-Connect app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch 1C-Connect.
