My keiser app connects to my Keiser bike but returning data at all. Not picking up anything from the console screen. Tried on 2 phones

I’m trying to register an account on MSeries. After accepting the User Licence Agreement I am then completing the information boxes on the following page. Name, Date of Birth, Gender and preference for measurement units. Having completed this the “Back” button remains active but the “Next” button does not become active. I cannot therefore progress. Please advise.
