How to fix Easycave app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Easycave app on iPhone
Update Easycave app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Easycave iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Easycave on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Easycave network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Easycave Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Easycave not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Easycave App
1. On android, goto Settings » Easycave » click [Force Stop]

Update Easycave to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Easycave App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Easycave » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Easycave.

Fix Easycave unable to contact server/ Easycave internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Easycave » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Easycave » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Easycave
