CamCard for Salesforce Reviews

Overall I am pleased with CamCard and it makes life easier by hooking up to Salesforce. The only problem I have with CamCard is when it doesn't scan the account correctly. It's understandable since there are too many card formats. However, when you're correcting the account name or entering the account name, CamCard frequent tells you that your network connection isn't working so please try again later....sometimes it does this after every entered note. It's very annoying. Correct this and you've got a solid 5 star app!

I am spending money on an App that crashes, camera will be a black screen quite often. CamCard has significant problems on issues that should be minor fix. CamCard would be greatly beneficial for my work; however I am spending more time watching a black screen, opening and closing CamCard then I would to just enter into sales force on the web. Please get this corrected or I am canceling my subscription.

CamCard is for you to scan business card but won’t import the scanned photo of card to Salesforce! Also app offers to attach other files along with several other features that don’t actually work with Salesforce lightening. Should have advertised that BEFORE I purchased! When I contacted customer support they said I should have learned that in the free FOUR free card scan trial that they gave me! Wow, professionalism at its best!

Does the job but not very well. Rarely syncs to SF right away, I have to force close and reopen to make it sync.

And VERY ANNOYING: It Capitalizes All Your Input So You Look Like You Just Got Your First Phone. FIX THIS

I would love to edit my email signature and I am not able to.
Also, why does the Linked In lookup not connect.

I’ve had a lot if trouble with oddly shaped cards but what makes this a no go is that if the card matches a salesforce lead, you want to attach the card to salesforce, instead you get the salesforce error message without ability to match to lead

This company had an excellent app called this app. Unfortunately it is no longer available. CamCard is way too complicated for a business card scanner

I bought CamCard for $80 to enter Salesforce leads quickly. Problem is there mis-spellings consistently and almost predictably. They want you to pay more money for accurate transcription. Bait and switch!?!

CamCard didn't work well at all and they refused to give a refund. I never write poor reviews but this time I feel like I have to.

CamCard defeats the purpose of saving time because it's more unreliable than reliable. Not worth a single cent until fixed.

I ended up manually entering most fields...a workflow I can perform directly in SalesForce.
