How to fix ZenHotels app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ZenHotels app on iPhone
Update ZenHotels app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ZenHotels iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ZenHotels on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ZenHotels network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix ZenHotels not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ZenHotels App
1. On android, goto Settings » ZenHotels » click [Force Stop]

Update ZenHotels to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ZenHotels App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ZenHotels » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ZenHotels.

Fix ZenHotels unable to contact server/ ZenHotels internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ZenHotels » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ZenHotels » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
